Product descripton

Tetrahydrofuran, abbreviated as thf (tetrahydrofuran), is a heterocyclic organic compound. It belongs to ether and is the product

of complete hydrogenation of aromatic compound furan. Used as a medium polar non-proton solvent in chemical reactions and

extraction. Tetrahydrofuran is a colorless, low-viscosity liquid with a ether-like odor. At room temperature, tetrahydrofuran is

partially miscible with water energy, which is used by some illegal reagent merchants to make a huge profit in mixing water with

tetrahydrofuran reagent. Tetrahydrofurans become peroxides when stored. As a result, commercial tetrahydrofurans are often

prevented from oxidation by bht, or 2,6-tert Ding Ji p-cresol. Tetrahydrofuran can be stored in a sealed bottle through sodium

 hydroxide in a dark place.
